A serial entrepreneur, Dom Einhorn started his first venture at the age of 19 while still in military school. He concentrated his efforts on the import-export industry, specifically the distribution of nutritional supplements. A native from Alsace, a northeast region of France, Dom is fluent in six languages and has traveled extensively all over the world.
In 1994, Dom moved to California to launch an online marketing firm, where he worked with established and start-up web companies. He specialized in new customer acquisition campaigns that quickly positioned his company as a top 1% affiliate marketer for dozens of merchants including DELL, ETrade, Amazon, Tiger Direct, Expedia, Priceline, 1-800 Flowers and more, generating multi-million dollar merchant transactions and sales leads.The consultancy eventually merged with a public company in 2000 in an undisclosed eight-figure deal.
Today, Dom's focus lies in developing technologies that aim to disrupt the way we consume news and other mobile content. A pioneer in online media, search optimization and lead generation, Dom spends most of his time between London, Manila, Berlin, and Los Angeles, where his clients and employees keep him busy and challenged.
John brings a 30+ year track record of primary or shared responsibility for operations, sales, corporate development, marketing, financing, pricing and business development for a broad group of early stage companies across diverse industry sectors: business, financial and IT services, software, supply chain, healthcare, medical device, environmental, manufacturing, telecom, real estate, and oil and gas.
Prior to joining B2I, John was interim CFO for 3-GiG, an early stage upstream O&G software company. Prior to that, he was key member of leadership team and head of corporate development for Symcon Global Technologies, a venture backed emerging market IT, BPO service firm.
Immediately after graduating from Washington and Lee University, he spent next 22 years working for FINRA member small cap focused investment banks including Oscar Gruss, Coleman Securities, Roth Capital and Bristol Investment Group where he advised on over $1 billion in capital and asset acquisitions.
With over 15 years of experience as a business owner, Ryan Van Rensselaer is a seasoned veteran in commercial and residential real estate, as well as the finance industry. He is a pro in investment and portfolio management, including the brokering and structuring of acquisitions. He enjoys creating a vision and nurturing that vision from inception to reality. In 2008, he left a position with CIP as Vice President of Acquisitions/Dispositions in order to pursue a more independent role of brokering and building relationships in private investment banking and resort development.
More recently, Ryan has focused his attention on digital real estate, deploying his vast portfolio management experience by assisting our company with the identification, revamp, and monetization of underperforming digital media assets.
Tung Nguyen is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all of the company’s client campaigns. He oversees Born2Invest’s operations including the company’s APAC initiatives. He is also in charge of the War Room, a proprietary platform that tracks and optimizes Born2Invest’s objectives and key results across its entire client portfolio. The War Room leverages a worldwide talent pool of marketers, telemarketers, developers and programmers, graphic designers, journalists, bloggers and more.
Tung brings over 20 years of experience in technology sales and service to Born2Invest, specifically in onshore/offshore operations management, the implementation of new product and service strategy, as well as lead generation. He has demonstrated his skills by implementing and managing six call centers in Argentina, China, India, Hungary and the Philippines on behalf of Fortune 500 firms. Tung has also initiated and completed many cost-savings programs that resulted in annual operating efficiencies exceeding $11 million.
Mike Casson, President and CEO of Casson Media Group, Inc. (CMG) has over thirty-five years of experience working with a multitude of financial services firms plus national and international marketers of business-to-business, as well as consumer products and services. Using fundamentally sound, proven and strategically positioned campaigns, Mike has developed an extensive list of clients in the public and private sectors. Since 1975, his clients have included Schwab, Ameritrade, Investor’s Business Daily, Forbes, Wall Street Journal On-line and many more.
Mr. Casson received his BBA in marketing from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where he also attended graduate school. He served on the Board of Directors and was President of the Direct Marketing Association of North Texas and has been a guest lecturer at the University of North Texas, the University of Dallas, Southern Methodist University and numerous direct marketing conferences. He has held several securities licenses, including an investment advisor representative’s registration, and was an equity partner in a privately owned FINRA member broker-dealer.
Russell is the former Director of Investor Relations for Force Protection, Inc., a leading provider of MRAP vehicles to the US Military. During his tenure at the company, Force Protection’s market capitalization grew from less than $1 million to $2 billion. Force Protection was acquired by General Dynamics in November of 2011.
As a consultant, Russell has successfully structured and participated in private placements, mezzanine financing, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers and acquisitions for companies on the OTC, American Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
Russell has assisted a multitude of companies with their strategic plans for growth, liquidity, and return on equity by facilitating relationships with investment bankers, government institutions.
