Cannabidiol (CBD) and products derived from it have been on a course toward success thanks to industry leaders who continue to provide easier and legal access to the miracle compound. Today, it remains to be one of the emerging sectors to watch. Its momentum is in full swing now as the industry is looking to open more markets in other parts of the world.
The use of cannabis-based products has been growing steadily. According to The Telegraph, the three top consumers of cannabis are Iceland, the United States, and Nigeria. Industry leaders are looking to help countries open their minds about CBD and cannabis through large events such as the recently concluded CannaTech Conference.
The event held from March 18 to 21 at Tel Aviv, Israel, was focused on showcasing the medical benefits of cannabis. It was attended by leaders who are experts in the fields of medicine, finance, agriculture and government policy—all of whom center their functions in the research and development of cannabis.
The participants shared their knowledge on the industry in a bid to further evolve its acceptance in various parts of the world. PotNetwork reports that the conference had a few classes on cannabis, one of which was geared toward providing an insight on investments and financing related to cannabis.
A seminar in the event delved into the research and development process of cannabis. It also tackled the current problems distributors have when it comes to the agricultural aspect of cannabis. Leaders have sought for efficient ways to cultivate cannabis and to extract its naturally occurring beneficial compounds again and again. The good thing is, there are already some companies who are headed in the right direction.
Pushing for progress with efficient techniques
PotNetwork Holding, Inc. (OTCMKTS:POTN) and its subsidiary, Diamond CBD Inc., remain to be some of the top global distributors of cannabis-based products. As part of their core functions, the companies commit themselves to provide only the purest CBD extracts gathered from cannabis plants through continuous research and development.
Through a process called supercritical CO2 extraction, the companies are able to fully isolate CBD from cannabis plants to create the purest oils. The CBD oil gathered is used in the production of top products for Diamond CBD, combined with other ingredients that are all natural, organic and non-GMO. Their selection includes vape liquids, edibles, crystal dabs, and more.
PotNetwork and Diamond CBD also continue to reach out to other markets by providing the products that target niche areas. They recently released a pharmacist-formulated line of CBD products called Meds BioTech that caters to the health-conscious. They come in gummies, oil, and capsules, which consumers can take daily to maintain their well-being.
By imparting their knowledge and by producing the best products, the leaders are slowly making more people fall in love with the medical aspect of CBD and cannabis. Through their efforts, the global market for cannabis and CBD continue to be on a path toward success, making it one of the industries to watch for.
