Big things happened at the Telecom Review Summit 2018 at Beirut, Lebanon last April 13. The event was a massive gathering of the best telecom and information and communications technology (ICT) leaders under one roof. There’s a lot to expect from those in attendance at the event, and as with past Telecom Review Summits, this year was focused on building a strong network between the participating companies.
One of the participating companies in the conference was CBD industry leader Diamond CBD, Inc. The wholly owned subsidiary of PotNetwork Holding, Inc. (OTCMKTS:POTN) has been on a tear in the recent months as it continues to break revenue records. According to a press release, Diamond CBD was able to generate $2 million in February alone, and the company is having a good start to 2018.
Because of its success on the market, PotNetwork and Diamond CBD took it upon themselves to showcase their appreciation for the support by adopting a cause. Aiding them in their corporate social responsibility is cause-driven tech marketing firm Exponential, Inc. (XPO2), which will also be present at the upcoming conference.
One of the keynote speakers at the Telecom Review Summit 2018 is XPO2 founder and CEO Dom Einhorn. On stage, Einhorn talked about how crucial corporate social responsibility is for a company and how it could help improve brand recognition while creating new potential sales channels at the same time. It’s a topic best handled by Einhorn as his company has been involved in affinity marketing campaigns and non-profit organizations as well.
XPO2’s recent venture is its recent exclusive agreement with Diamond CBD. Though relatively fresh, the deal has already set in motion a few charity drives for the latter, and one of which is going to take the company to various underprivileged areas in Africa.
Diamond CBD and XPO2 are currently preparing for a 10-day charity drive in Kenya. During these 10 days, the companies will participate in activities that involve helping out poor communities and fixing environmental damages through reforestation. Joining them are some Kenyan non-profit organizations such as Friends of Ngong Hills and Environmental Team Kenya.
Just a month ago, Diamond CBD and XPO2 held a successful charity drive in an impoverished area in the Philippines. Through the event, they have distributed countless necessities to more than 100 at-risk youth in San Mateo, located in the province of Rizal. This is the first leg of their affinity marketing campaign, with the second step being its upcoming project in Africa. There could be more projects coming later this year as Diamond CBD and PotNetwork looks to give back to communities.
XPO2’s white-label e-commerce platform has helped out various non-government organizations, including Saigon Children and Blue Mountain Humane Society. And with Einhorn’s talk at the Telecom Review Summit 2018, companies would now entertain the idea of incorporating corporate social responsibility in their businesses to make the world a better place.
