In September 2021 Gam Cosmetics had closed a seed round of capital increase of $109,000 (€100,000)
The collection, which began on April 6th, will last 60 days and will be used to finance the second production line of Meoro Hair&Wellness, dedicated to hair reconstruction, lengths, and styling customized according to the needs of the individual user. Those who decide to support GAM Cosmetics in this development, essentially by purchasing pieces of the new production in advance, will be able to purchase various meOro product kits discounted by up to 30%.
The line, although composed of professional products, is suitable for all hair types and simplifies haircare, focusing on quality, efficiency, and essentiality.
Andrea Pampuri, the founding partner of Gam Cosmetics, said: “We are aware that producing a new line of hair products always has an element of risk, but given the success of the market tests carried out with the first small production run, we would be ready to produce a new batch of the Hair&Wellness line to satisfy more and more orders in Europe.”
Precisely in order to finance the launch and development of the proprietary brand meOro in September 2021 Gam Cosmetics had closed a seed round of capital increase of $109,000 (€100,000), which had been underwritten by Costantino Bianchi Maiocchi, an entrepreneur in the medical-surgical equipment and sheet metal working sectors, who had acquired 20% and who was joined by CEO Andrea Pampuri, a former Unilever manager (who retains about 35%, through his company Accademia dei Giardini), Maximo Perez Cano, a well-known entrepreneur in the wholesale distribution of products and accessories for hairdressers and beauty in Spain, founder of Dismay Hair&beauty in Barcelona, and Guido Bottazzi, an Italian entrepreneur in the distribution of hair cosmetics with his PB Italia.
meOro aims to revolutionize the market through unique features in terms of performance and effectiveness of the product, but also in defining a new vision and a new ritual in the world of hair care. The absolute novelty for the European market is represented by the cream emulsion, which washes and nourishes in a single gesture through a gentle and effective cleansing without weighing down, leaving a citrus fragrance that characterizes the entire line. The quality, efficiency, and essentiality that characterizes the entire line are reflected not only in the natural ingredients (Açai Oil, Abyssinia Oil, and Phytokeratin), but also in the packaging, made of recyclable Havana colored material and in the recycled and planet-friendly glass bottles.
