BantuHub and L’Archer Group Partner to Invest €1 Million in Congolese Startups
BantuHub Foundation and L’Archer Group announced a strategic partnership to strengthen Congo’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. They plan to invest €1 million in equity in high-potential SMEs and startups from 2026. The alliance combines financing, long-term support, and networks to build local champions, structure entrepreneurship, and diversify the economy regionally, with focus on fintech, AI, and services.
The BantuHub Foundation and the L’Archer Group announce a strategic partnership aimed at sustainably strengthening the Congolese entrepreneurial ecosystem. As part of this alliance, the two organizations plan to invest €1 million ( approximately 655 million FCFA ) in equity in high-potential Congolese SMEs and startups during 2026.
This initiative aims to foster the emergence of true local champions, capable of providing concrete solutions to the structural challenges of the Congolese economy while creating long-term value.
BantuHub and L’Archer Group have a shared vision for structuring Congolese entrepreneurship
By combining their respective expertise, the BantuHub Foundation and the L’Archer Group intend to deploy an integrated approach based on three pillars: equity financing, long-term operational support, and access to national and international networks of expertise.
The stated objective is to move beyond ad hoc support for entrepreneurship and contribute to building a structured, robust, and sustainable ecosystem.
A structured system, aligned with international standards
Already committed to supporting Congolese entrepreneurship, the BantuHub Foundation has supported several startups, including Day Enterprise, specializing in agribusiness, and Tinda, a digital engineering firm. These experiences have allowed the Foundation to develop a support methodology tailored to local realities.
The partnership with the L’Archer group marks a new stage. Starting in 2026, BantuHub will launch a 24-month incubation and acceleration program, intentionally limited to a small number of projects to ensure intensive, high-level support. The first startup incubated under this program will be announced in early 2026.
The selected startups will benefit from:
of equity financing from the initial stages of development;
long-term strategic, operational and financial support;
privileged access to the business, investor and partner networks of the L’Archer group.
The L’Archer group, a leading player in financial structuring and investment in Central Africa, will contribute its expertise in financial engineering and governance, while also participating directly in the financing of projects.
Supporting a new generation of Congolese entrepreneurs
Through this partnership, BantuHub and L’Archer aim to actively contribute to the diversification of the Congolese economy by supporting high-potential projects in key sectors, including:
fintech and financial inclusion;
artificial intelligence;
high value-added services for businesses and government agencies.
“The Congo is teeming with talent. Our responsibility is to support them by giving them the tools and funding necessary to transform their ideas into solid and sustainable businesses,” emphasized Vérone Mankou, President of the BantuHub Foundation.
“By partnering with BantuHub, we are making a structuring, long-term investment that serves the real economy and the emergence of future Congolese economic leaders,” added Gilles Tchamba, Chairman and CEO of the L’Archer group.
This partnership is part of a broader dynamic of structuring the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Central Africa, with the ambition of building a model that can be replicated in other countries of the CEMAC zone.
