In 2025, CrowdFundMe Group strengthened growth and consolidation, collecting €34 million (+15% vs 2024), with total collections since 2017 reaching €225 million across 103,000 investments. CrowdFundMe platform surged +57%, with 2,835 investments averaging €6,600. Focus shifted to quality campaigns, expanding into green energy and real estate, while Trusters confirmed solid lending returns and structured growth.
2025 confirms itself as a year of consolidation and development for the CrowdFundMe Group, which closed the financial year with a total collection of 34 million euros, marking an increase of +15% compared to the 29.5 million of 2024. This result brings the total collection since its launch in 2017 to 225 million euros , distributed across over 103,000 investments.
CrowdFundMe accelerates: +57% in collections
The real protagonist of the year was CrowdFundMe , the Group’s equity crowdfunding platform, which recorded a growth of +57% , going from 12 million euros in 2024 to 18.7 million in 2025 .
The increase in volumes was accompanied by interesting dynamics: the number of investments grew by 10%, reaching 2,835 transactions , while the average investment jumped by 43%, from approximately €4,625 to €6,600 . This is a clear sign of how the market is maturing, with investors becoming increasingly aware and willing to make more significant financial commitments.
Particularly significant is the fact that this result was achieved with a slightly smaller number of campaigns launched: 34 compared to 37 in 2024. This strategic choice focuses on quality rather than quantity, favoring larger average-sized operations and carefully selected projects.
Diversification: Green and real estate join traditional equity
In 2025, CrowdFundMe expanded its offering beyond traditional equity campaigns for startups and SMEs. There were two main areas of focus:
Green energy: Through the collaboration with GridShare, a total of over €3.8 million has been raised between 2024 and 2025, involving approximately 1,000 investors in sustainable energy projects.
Real estate equity: with deals like Calle del Magazen, which alone raised nearly €2.25 million from 206 investors.
The stars of 2025
Among the most successful CrowdFundMe campaigns of the year are:
GridShare : €2,988,788 from 657 investors
Calle del Magazen : €2,249,800 from 206 investors
Collecto : 1,457,282 euros from 111 investors
Biovalley Investments Partner : €780,807 from 110 investors
Trustees: Solidity and Growth in Real Estate Lending Repayments
On the lending crowdfunding front, Trusters has confirmed the maturity of its operating model with clear numbers: 17.3 million euros returned to investors in 2025, an increase of +13% compared to the previous year.
Even more significant is the growth in the number of reimbursed transactions: from 85 to 119 (+40%) , a figure that demonstrates not only the increase in volumes but also the solidity and regularity of reimbursement flows.
Regarding new deals, Trusters has launched 79 projects in 2025 (an 8% increase compared to 73 in 2024), for a total of €15.3 million . This gradual and prudent approach, geared towards the entry of new issuers and building a solid operating history, prioritizes portfolio quality over pure volume expansion.
Quality and selection: the winning strategy in a more mature market
The 2025 results highlight how the CrowdFundMe Group has successfully navigated a more selective market environment, focusing on higher-quality operations (fewer campaigns but a larger average size); careful project selection (an increasingly rigorous due diligence process); and structured management (diversification of offerings and regular reimbursements).
