CrowdFundMe, an equity crowdfunding platform listed on Piazza Affari, and Fidit – Garanzia Crediti & Servizi PMI – have signed an innovative agreement that represents a significant step for the development of alternative finance in Puglia.

Real guarantees on lending crowdfunding up to 80%

Thanks to the partnership with Fidit, the CrowdFundMe Group offers investors the opportunity to access real estate projects presented on the Trusters platform and, in the future, also entrepreneurial projects, with a guarantee mechanism that will cover up to 80%.

The guarantees are made possible by the monetary risk fund, thus allowing greater protection for investors and reducing the risks associated with real estate investments.

The CrowdFundMe Group is committed to ensuring access to innovative financing tools for all companies associated with Fidit.

The goal is to strengthen the local entrepreneurial fabric, promoting new growth opportunities and increasing awareness of unconventional financial solutions, in an area where such tools are still little known.

What is FIDIT?

FIDIT, a financial intermediary, is a financial “hub” with more than 9,000 associated companies and assets of 10 million certified by KPMG.

It accompanies associated companies in the correct search for essential capital for growth, both through traditional channels and through new complementary solutions. FIDIT also offers services to improve financial management and treasury of companies.

“Since 2020, FIDIT has opened up to Fintech partners, entering into agreements with the major platforms operating in Italy,” said Nicola Didonna, President of Fidit. “Fidit is growing together with the fintech sector and allows FIDIT member companies to operate with cutting-edge tools, providing them with adequate financial assistance at every stage of their business.”

President Didonna also underlined the added value of the alliance, explaining how the guarantee mechanism was designed to create a balance between the needs of investors and those of associated companies.

CrowdFundMe Crowdinvesting

CrowdFundMe, already a leader in the crowdinvesting sector, thus confirms its commitment to making advanced financial instruments accessible also to areas of the national territory that, from this point of view, certainly appear less served.

Thanks to this collaboration, Fidit and the CrowdFundMe Group aim to transform Puglia into a laboratory of financial innovation, offering local businesses alternative financing tools and investors greater security thanks to the guarantee mechanism of up to 80%.

In addition to equity crowdfunding, since 2022, following the acquisition of Trusters, the CrowdFundMe group also offers real estate investment opportunities through lending crowdfunding.

Furthermore, CrowdFundMe, starting from May 2020, has been authorized by Consob to place minibonds, thus being able to also offer fixed income instruments.

The company has also entered the register of listing sponsors of ExtraMOT Pro3, the bond segment of Borsa Italiana dedicated to unlisted companies for issues of up to 50 million euros each.

CrowdFundMe can therefore not only issue debt securities (primary market) but also list them and follow the issuer throughout the duration of the instrument (secondary market).
