Eco Lab Exceeds Minimum Goal in its Equity Crowdfunding Round

In addition to safety, Eco Lab is also focusing on respect for the environment, with the present and future conception of 100% natural and biodegradable products and the creation of degreasers and essential oils that will reuse frying oils, to give new life to highly polluting substances that are difficult to dispose of. Eco Lab estimates to exceed €1 million in revenues in 2023.

Eco Lab is an innovative startup that makes cleaning products, 100% natural, for homes, cosmetics, cars, pets, and boats, has launched an equity crowdfunding campaign on CrowdFundMe. The first fundraising goal of €150,000 has already been exceeded, and now the company is aiming for the maximum goal of €600,000.

The round has already involved 20 investors who have invested for a pre-money valuation of the company of €2.8 million.

The capital will enable the company, headquartered in Bari, to install new production lines at its manufacturing plant in Cornate d’Adda (Monza and Brianza), develop the first nanotechnological detergent, and accelerate its landing in the B2C market through e-commerce and large-scale retail channels.

Eco Lab had revenues of €1 million in just two years

Founded in 2021 by current CEO, Paolo Monzani, a serial entrepreneur, Eco Lab estimates to exceed €1 million in revenues in 2023.

The company offers products validated by the University of Ferrara and the accredited laboratory Medilabor that are not harmful to humans and meet the requirements to be certified as both Ecolabel (European label) and surgical medical devices.

The company holds the exclusive exploitation of the Blu Esprit Base patent, a completely natural multi-surface cleanser with no contraindications in the case of ingestion, inhalation or contact with mucous membranes.

In addition to safety, Eco Lab is also focusing on respect for the environment, with the present and future conception of 100% natural and biodegradable products and the creation of degreasers and essential oils that will reuse frying oils, to give new life to highly polluting substances that are difficult to dispose of.

A near future dedicated to product innovation

New products are soon to be launched for the home, car, and boat lines, each bottle will save 1,000 liters of water (a traditional car wash uses 150 liters).

Winner of the Smart&Start circular economy call for tenders and the America Innovazione award precisely because of its focus on sustainability, Eco Lab, whose products will soon be on Amazon, has entered into a partnership with ASLs (for €200,000 supply) and is developing others, including in northern Italy, with other hospitals and companies.

In addition to the founder, the company team boasts figures with 30 years of experience in the world of pharmaceutical and cosmetic research and sales, such as Maria Rosa Bozzi, head of the microbiology laboratory, and Ernesto Bozzi, sales manager.
