The website is not yet public (access is password protected). But on its LinkedIn profile, Italia Capitalis describes itself as a startup specializing in alternative finance, minibonds, and crowdfunding.
The mission, it is also stated, is to facilitate the meeting between Italian companies and investors who will be able to purchase the minibonds issued simply by registering on the site.
The CEO of Italia Capitalis is Giuseppe Conte (only namesake of the former Prime Minister), already founder and CEO of Diamanti Italia and PayBond.com.
