TeamSystem, the Italian leader in digital solutions for business management, has recently acquired 61% of the share capital of Change Capital, a fintech specialized in credit brokerage and subsidized finance for SMEs and professionals. The operation aims to consolidate TeamSystem’s presence in the fintech sector, an area considered strategic for the group’s growth, alongside artificial intelligence, cloud and security.

Founded in 2019 in Arezzo, Change Capital has developed an advanced technological platform, which uses a proprietary artificial intelligence algorithm called CC Rank. This algorithm analyzes and selects the best financing opportunities available, allowing companies to access non-repayable grants and financial incentives quickly and in a targeted manner. To date, the platform has intermediated financing for over 400 million euros to more than two thousand companies.

The acquisition expands TeamSystem’s portfolio of solutions

Change Capital offers a wide range of financial solutions, including invoice monetization, payment extensions to suppliers, inventory purchases, investment financing, and obtaining immediate liquidity. In addition, the company also supports partnerships and sole proprietorships, offering services such as Nuova Sabatini, Formazione 4.0, tax credits, and Patent Box.

Federico Leproux, CEO of TeamSystem , said that the acquisition represents a fundamental step in the company’s growth strategy in the fintech sector. TeamSystem, in fact, is already positioned as the leading Open Banking operator in Europe for the corporate segment, and the integration of Change Capital’s solutions will further strengthen the offer to its over two million customers including SMEs and professionals.

Change Capital’s aquisition by TeamSystem will help the fintech further develop

This acquisition not only expands TeamSystem’s portfolio of solutions, but also represents an important step forward for Change Capital, which will be able to count on the support of a solid partner to continue its growth and innovation in the fintech sector.

Change Capital is a fintech startup created to innovate access to credit and liquidity for SMEs, aggregating over 100 solutions from the most reliable operators in the financial sector in a single platform.

The company’s mission is to accompany SMEs from choosing the solution best suited to their needs to the complete provision of liquidity, thanks to the use of artificial intelligence and their proprietary algorithm CC Rank. Change Capital provides predictive consultancy, identifying the needs of companies, pre-screening solutions and increasing the chances of success in accessing credit or in subsidized finance tenders.
