TECMA, a tech company specialized in digital transformation for the real estate market, has been selected to enhance the Palazzo Contemporaneo project, in the heart of Turin, which stands out for its use of innovative technologies.
The project is managed by Finint Investments, an Italian asset management company specialized, among others, in the establishment and management of real estate AIFs, Zetland Capital, a private equity company specialized in the European mid-market, and Crea.Re Digital, a fintech company focused on the brokerage of mortgages for the purchase of real estate.

Palazzo Contemporaneo redefines the concept of living in Turin with a sophisticated and harmonious design, where nature and innovation merge. The eleven-story building combines natural elements with a contemporary aesthetic, characterized by loggias, hanging gardens and dynamic facades. The interiors offer welcoming and modern environments, with a minimalist elegance that enhances the versatility of the spaces, creating an urban oasis of comfort and exclusivity.
The project, whose marketing is managed by ImmoGroup, has already recorded 75% of sales, confirming the quality of the project and the success of the go-to-market strategy outlined.
The initiative is characterized by the high technological content within each phase of the project, a key element is the use of the new Loan Configurator technology, recently launched by TECMA and Creare.Re, through Crea.re Digital.
Loan Configurator represents a strategic evolution in the process of digitalization of mortgages, offering faster, more transparent and personalized access to credit for those who buy a new home under construction. Thanks to a partnership with some of the main Italian credit institutions, the platform launched by Tecma allows access to financing solutions created ” tailor-made ” and very competitive.
The integration with Crea.Re Digital and Tecma will ensure a direct interface with the buyer, simplifying every phase of the mortgage application process. The innovative technological infrastructure allows you to choose between assumption and new mortgage, ensuring maximum financial flexibility and adaptability to the specific needs of each customer.
