Trusters Surpasses €72M in Real Estate Crowdfunding, Plans Expansion for 2025

As of December 31st, 2024, the real estate crowdfunding platform Trusters has achieved significant milestones, consolidating its position in the investment market.
In a newly released report, Trusters reports that since its launch, it has raised over €72 million with a weighted average interest rate of 8.17%.
In total, 400 projects have been launched, of which 291 have already been reimbursed. Of these, 86.87% have been concluded without delay, highlighting the effectiveness of the platform’s rigorous management approach.
The projects completed by the expected date represent 78.08% (228 out of 292) and generated total refunds of 40 million euros, with an average interest of 9.41%.
The average duration of projects completed without delay was 10 months and the average investment was €1,112 with the involvement of 152 investors per project.
Project selection is becoming more efficient on Trusters
“Since 2023, the audit and financial reporting processes of the Issuers promoting the initiatives have been further strengthened. We have introduced stringent selection methods, also through Modefinance, which provides a third-party and independent financial rating,” declared Andrea Maffi, founder and director of Trusters.
Among the projects that did not meet the expected deadlines, 7.53% were completed within three months of the expected date, while 14.04% required an extra extension period. In the latter case, the total refunds amount to 6.7 million, with an average interest of 2.84%.
Only one project was closed in default, with a loss of 100% of the invested capital, equal to €200,000.
Current projects on Trusters
As for the ongoing projects, the total investments raised is €25 million, the majority of which (65.74%) do not foresee delays, while 23.15% are in extra extension status.
Compared to the first half of 2024, Trusters has seen an increase of 36 completed projects, with an increase of 7.76 million in investments raised and 8.02 million in returns.
Predictions for the future
Looking to the future, Trusters aims to innovate and improve the selection and management processes of projects, increasing guarantees for investors.
“2025 will be a year of expansion and consolidation, with the aim of offering ever greater opportunities and results,” concluded Maffi.
