New strategy for Trusters, the real estate crowdfunding lending platform of the CrowdFundMe SpA group , which signs a partnership with Simplex Domus , an innovative startup specialized in the analysis and online proposal of properties for auction.

The agreement provides for the promotion of investment opportunities present on Trusters to the over 5,000 Simplex Domus clients. These are fixed-return, short-term operations that are generally between 8-15 months, thus favoring a dynamic of capital recurrence.

Simplex Domus, founded by Lorenzo Fontanelli, has completed a total fundraising of 1.5 million euros and is composed of a team of lawyers, real estate agents and IT technicians located in offices in Milan, Florence and Naples with operations throughout Italy.

Trusters’ goal is to use technology and digitalization to offer buyers and sellers a better service at a lower cost in complete safety.

Trusters’ returns (principal + interest) updated to June 2024 increased to €42.9 million from €40 million in April, with an average yield above 9%

These are real estate investments that allow you to build a diversified portfolio, thus reducing the overall investment risk, and complementing the equity assets of CrowdFundMe, which have a longer time horizon and a higher potential return.

Tommaso Baldissera Pacchetti, CEO of the CrowdFundMe group, stated: “ Our strategy of starting strategic partnerships to grow the group in a virtuous way continues. We are doing so today with Simplex Domus, which represents an ally of primary standing. With them we are bringing real estate lending crowdfunding investments in front of an audience that is highly interested in the real estate sector, promoting alternative finance, the potential of which, even today despite a path of continuous development, is not yet sufficiently known ”.

Lorenzo Fontanelli, CEO of Simplex Domus, added: “ Simplex Domus has developed three fundamental areas of work such as Professionalism, Technologies and Procedures, all at the service of customers and the market. Thanks to the partnership with Trusters, our customers will thus have the possibility of investing even small sums with very interesting returns or otherwise accessing liquidity with an alternative method to the banking system. With Trusters we have found a partner with whom we share our principles of vision and professional ethics.”
