UpsideTown Launches Crowdfunding for Luxury Rome Property Project
UpsideTown has launched the “Quattro Fontane” crowdfunding campaign to finance a luxury residential project in central Rome. The 12-month plan aims to transform a historic building into 12 apartments. With returns between 14–17%, it’s open to all investors. Having raised €2.6M so far, the campaign targets €4.1M for full funding.

The real estate equity crowdfunding platform UpsideTown has opened the “Quattro Fontane” campaign, a capital raising campaign to finance an exclusive residential development project in one of the most iconic areas of the capital, right in the historic center.
The operation on UpsideTown will finance the purchase, enhancement and subdivision of an entire floor of a building on Via delle Quattro Fontane in Rome.
It is an area full of charm just a few steps from the Quirinale and places of historical and artistic interest such as the Trevi Fountain, Palazzo Barberini and the Rione Monti: the intervention will create 12 apartments of various sizes, which the owner of the project will put on the market for sale.
The crowdfunding campaign on Upside Town
The intervention will last 12 months with gross annual returns between 14% and 17%, proportionally to the risk class and the amount invested.
In fact, scalable investment tickets are planned, accessible to every type of investor, to allow participation not only to those with large capital, but also to small savers interested in investing small sums in real estate.
The campaign on UpsideTown has already raised 2.6 million euros, exceeding the minimum goal of 2.5 million euros and is therefore aiming for the maximum goal of 4.1 million euros .
Investors on the UpsideTown platform who subscribe to a certain type of share will be able to avail themselves of the right to participate in an auction to purchase the properties obtained : early access to the purchase and the returns generated by the crowdfunding investment will optimize the cost structure to be sustained for the acquisition of the properties.
