While waiting for the presentation of the new 2023 Report on Real Estate Crowdfunding, created in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano, the Walliance platform, one of the European leaders in the online real estate investment sector, announces the launch of “Landlord.”

This innovative investment proposition allows investors to access the residential income-generating real estate market.

At the same time, Walliance also unveils the integration of artificial intelligence, which will be adopted to enhance investment evaluation, with the aim of offering even more precise and reliable analyses. A strategic choice destined to further enhance the user experience and the operational efficiency of the platform.

The future launch of Landlord by Walliance will help to invest in income-generating real estate projects

Landlord will be officially available in Q1 2025, and you can sign up for a waiting list soon. The offerings are designed to deliver annual returns of between 5% and 8%, leveraging rental income.

The assets will be entirely owned by the investor community, ensuring debt-free management and minimizing associated risks. Investors will have the opportunity to select the units they wish to invest in, based on profitability criteria and personal preferences, subscribing for one or more investment shares, starting from 500 euros.

The returns will be credited periodically and directly to the investor’s account, who will also have the possibility to sell his shares according to his needs.

The simple and intuitive investment process that already distinguishes the Walliance platform will remain unchanged, allowing investors to create a portfolio of income-generating properties in a completely digital way, thus becoming true “landlords”.

The integration of artificial intelligence by Walliance

Walliance also announces the integration of artificial intelligence into its business processes, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and offering added value to investors. Currently, AI is already being used to optimize various business activities, improving internal efficiency through automation and supporting the team in managing daily operations.

A significant step is the beta-testing of advanced AI algorithms for evaluating investment offers.

These algorithms will enable more accurate and timely assessments of real estate opportunities, increasing the ability to identify and propose projects with the best return potential for investors.

In the near future, investors may also be able to use AI as a support tool to better understand investment offerings, for example by asking contextual questions about transactions of interest.

Thanks to the integration of an advanced chatbot, based on constitutional AI techniques and designed with a high level of ethics, it will be possible to communicate in a safe and transparent way, promoting better financial and real estate education.

Giacomo Bertoldi, CEO of Walliance, said: “We are thrilled to announce this major transformation in progress. Although there is a lot of talk today about ‘artificial intelligence’, in the real estate investment field these technologies still offer largely unexplored potential. We firmly believe that AI can reduce risks and improve the accuracy of valuations, bringing real added value to our users.”
