Walliance Launches Real Estate Advisory Service for Family Offices and Institutional Investors
Walliance launched Walliance500, an advisory service for family offices and institutional investors, complementing its crowdfunding platform. Offering tailored real estate solutions, it focuses on project selection, due diligence, investment structuring, and monitoring. Addressing a market gap, it debuted with €80 million in advisory operations for projects in Milan and New York, enhancing transparency.
Walliance, a leader in European real estate crowdfunding, has launched Walliance500, a real estate advisory service dedicated to family offices, institutional investors and entrepreneurial families, ancillary and instrumental to the core activity of managing the European crowdfunding portal.
The new service aims to revolutionize the approach to real estate investments, combining transparency, strategic precision and customized solutions.
A tailor-made service for demanding customers
Walliance500 is not just a real estate advisory service, but a point of reference for those looking for exclusive solutions, designed and structured to meet the specific needs of each client.
The areas of activity consist in the selection of exclusive opportunities, with the identification of high potential projects and the related support for the structuring of the investment.
They then include the management and monitoring of operations with regular supervision of the progress of projects, verification of document compliance and the provision of periodic reports.
Due diligence on real estate transactions is also offered, through which building permits, authorizations, technical documents are verified, and the evaluation of funds and economic-financial risks as well as project feasibility is carried out.
Finally, support is also offered to real estate operators to provide the drafting of Investment Memorandum and preliminary feasibility analysis of projects.
Walliance is filling a gap in the European market
The opportunity is to respond to the lack of advisory services dedicated to family offices and institutional investors, who want to invest in real estate transactions without having the time or resources necessary for investment analysis and monitoring.
With a solid experience in crowdfunding and real estate investments, Walliance is positioned as a strategic partner for those who want to create and manage a customized real estate portfolio.
“ Walliance500 supports the traditional Crowd business of our group and was created to satisfy the growing demand for advanced advisory services. Our goal is to become the point of reference for institutional investors and entrepreneurial families, offering high-value projects and customized solutions ,” says Giacomo Bertoldi , CEO of Walliance.
An 80 million euro investment debut
In its first months of operation, Walliance500 has successfully supported two start-up real estate operations, offering advisory services for the drafting of Due Diligence Reports and project monitoring.
Milan: advisory for the development of a residential complex of approximately 160 apartments in Via dei Missaglia 97, promoted by the developer Bilux Immobiliare and other investors, with a total value of over 30 million euros.
New York: advisory for the construction of a luxury passive house with 19 apartments at 246 W 18th Street, in the famous Chelsea neighborhood. The project, developed by Verdevelopment Group, saw the participation of Italian investors such as Testa NYC, Gruppo Bertoldi, Seac Fin and others, for a total development of over $50 million.
