World4All, a Startup that Makes Tourism Accessible, Surpasses Minimum Goal in Its Crowdfunding Round
World4All, a startup founded in 2022, aims to make public and private spaces truly accessible for all. Its platform uses AI and expert inspections to verify accessibility. With over €220,000 raised via Mamacrowd, funds will enhance technology, expand partnerships, and support international growth—transforming accessibility into shared economic and social value across industries.

Ensuring millions of people have safe and verified access to public and private places, eliminating barriers and promoting widespread and conscious accessibility: this is the ambitious mission of World4all.
The innovative startup founded in 2022 has launched its first round of equity crowdfunding on Mamacrowd , with the aim of expanding its technological platform, strengthening its territorial network and accelerating international development.
The campaign exceeded the minimum goal of 100 thousand euros and, with 10 days to go, has raised over 220 thousand euros thanks to 60 investors.
World4All: A platform to identify truly accessible facilities
Founded by Marco Bottardi, an entrepreneur and activist for the rights of people with disabilities, World4All was created from the concrete need to overcome the physical and cultural barriers that are still too widespread.
The platform, available on smartphones, allows users to identify truly accessible structures, thanks to a system powered by machine learning, technical inspections aimed at verifying the uploaded data and issuing a certification that measures the accessibility rating .
Accessibility is understood in a broad and inclusive sense and not limited to reduced mobility alone: World4All is in fact aimed at people with motor and cognitive disabilities, parents with strollers, the elderly and anyone requiring environmental and service conditions that are favorable to the autonomous and safe use of public and private spaces.
How it works
An ecosystem that integrates technology, Academy and agreements with territorial structures to promote a new culture of inclusion.
Alongside the technological component, World4All has a network of technicians throughout the country trained at its Academy, which supports companies and institutions in evaluating and improving accessibility.
The set of verified reports and public sources is processed through a machine learning system, with the aim – at the end of the round – of evolving into an advanced predictive engine capable of providing personalized recommendations to each user.
The results achieved by World4All and the partnerships
From the first collaborations on Lake Garda, where World4all contributed to making beaches, stations and public services accessible, the platform quickly expanded on a national scale, opening a dialogue with public bodies and private stakeholders.
Among the strategic partnerships already active or in the process of being defined: Presidency of the Council of Ministers , Lombardy Region , Ministry of Transport , Federfarma Nazionale , Federalberghi Brescia , various sports federations such as FIG, FIBS and FIJLKAM. The project has already attracted the attention of operators in the tourism, healthcare, mobility, logistics and sports sectors.
“Our market is vast: around 13 million people with reduced mobility in Italy, and more than 1 billion worldwide. But it is still underserved, often approached with a welfare or generic approach,” said Marco Bottardi , founder and administrator. “World4all wants to change the paradigm: transform accessibility into shared value, generating economic and social impact. This round is an invitation to build together a new inclusive infrastructure, starting from tourism and logistics and extending to every area of public life.”
How the funds will be used
The capital raised by World4All will be mainly used for the technological development of the platform and implementation of artificial intelligence, as well as for the expansion of the network of verified structures and operating partners in Italy, a prerequisite for foreign development.
Furthermore, B2B activities will be implemented to support companies and public administrations in the accessible transformation of their offices and services.
