Malte is also the author of "Play for Something," a book that provides student-athletes with the inspiration, strategies, and know-how they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond. Malte is originally from Germany, and he earned his undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University, where he graduated valedictorian and was recognized as an Academic All-American. He later received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Malte was a professional basketball player in Germany, and he has appeared on "Business Rockstars," was featured as a "Superhero and Changemaker" by Origin Magazine, and was named “Conscious Youth World Leader" by the Conscious World Foundation.
