Artknit Studios, an Italian brand specializing in high-quality knitwear, has launched an equity crowdfunding campaign on CrowdFundMe, a crowdfunding platform listed on the Italian stock exchange, dedicated to online investments.
The aim of the collection launched by the company is growth, production and internationalization. “Artknit Studios opens its doors to anyone who wants to become a partner of an Italian SME that is redefining the paradigms of sustainable fashion, with an investment starting from just 500 euros,” reads a note.
The funds raised by Artknit Studios through the equity crowdfunding campaign on CrowdFundMe, which will end at the end of June 2025, will be mainly used to strengthen the brand’s presence in international markets, pursuing the mission of making high quality more accessible, transparent and responsible.
Sustainable Italian knitwear brand Artknit Studios seeks partners to scale globally through equity crowdfunding campaign
“After exceeding 2.3 million euros in turnover in 2024 with an annual growth of 60%, we are ready to write the next chapter of Artknit Studios, together with our global community,” underlined Alessandro Lovisetto, CEO and founder of Artknit Studios.
“We have demonstrated that it is possible to build an Italian, international brand with solid growth and a clear vision: redefining the concept of luxury, making it sustainable, transparent and accessible,” continued the CEO.
“In the last year alone, we have shipped over 21,000 products, recorded an average order of 288 euros and 32% of orders came from returning customers. With two flagship stores already active in Italy and a test in Paris that generated over 150,000 euros in 6 weeks, we are ready to expand in Europe and the United States. Our goal? To exceed 30 million euros in turnover by 2030 with EBITDA margins over 15%. Now is the time to grow together.”
The brand Artknit Studios, founded in Biella, the capital of Italian textiles, produces garments with natural, biodegradable and certified fibres, in a direct and integrated supply chain, with a reduced environmental impact thanks to a proprietary technology that offers transparency and traceability.
