The novel is to be written in the style of Paulo Coelho and John Strelecky. Tina Schumacher and her team need at least a capital of $4,900 (€4,800)for the realization of the book. Via Startnext, everyone can secure exclusive “goodies” from Tina Schumacher for their support, for example, a reading with the author, being able to determine the name of a character, or even becoming a co-creator of a story in the book.

“Glowworm Light” – that is the title of the planned short novel by Tina Schumacher. A special title for a special project, because the realization of the novel is to be financed via crowdfunding. Tina Schumacher explains why this project is worth supporting and what it is all about.

Hamm-Birkenbeul. “What is being created here is a unique work, which, inspired in part by true events, combines the superpower of a marginalized group with successful entrepreneurship,” Tina Schumacher tells us about her latest project.

“The aim is to create a short novel that makes it clear that every single person, every encounter and every one of our deeds are important and valuable. Inspired by a special person – my brother Jens – this book gives us the opportunity to go through life more mindfully, to appreciate the wonderful little things on our way, and to develop our personality.”

The novel is to be written in the style of Paulo Coelho and John Strelecky. In it, a young man who is a successful life artist becomes a turning point in the life of a young woman who is striving for meaning and growth. As a mother, she passes on her insights from this encounter to her daughter Merle, leaving open until the end who this mysterious man actually was. Merle’s interest in the wisdom of the little man with the deep voice and his five central life questions grows as she tries to fathom his mystery. In the process, not only does the young adult’s view of herself change but also of the people around her and her family.

Tina Schumacher emphasizes: “The book creates added value for our society and a view of our own potential. It brings my brother – who was born with severe mental and physical multiple disabilities – to life and shows for my little daughter, eventual grandchildren, and hopefully many more people how he could enrich my life.”

Crowdfunding is underway through a Startnext account

According to Tina Schumacher, supporting this project means making others and oneself great, and championing the meaningfulness of each individual. The project creates a beautiful view of the world and its people, in a world that is currently full of broken pieces: “Every person is significant and small things can bring about great things if we look closely – our novel shows this in an inspiring way,” explained Tina Schumacher.
