A new concept of the Metaverse: the “Miniverse”

Last year, GAV Projects introduced Miniverse, immersive websites that combine the strengths of traditional websites with the strengths of the metaverse.

Now, GAV is launching the idea of Miniverse, a no-code platform that will allow anyone to generate their own miniverse and transform their website, blog, or eCommerce into an immersive, immersive environment.

The miniverse is the evolution of the classic website: an immersive digital space that can be used through a customizable avatar and accessed through a viewer, pc, or mobile.

The economic effect of the metaverse in Italy could touch between 28 and 52 billion euros by 2035. These figures were released by Meta with research commissioned from Deloitte, entitled “The Metaverse and the possibilities for the European Union.”

Then just in recent weeks is the news of the unveiling of Vision Pro, Apple’s first mixed reality visor, a sign that there is a growing belief in these technologies.

Who GAV Projects is

Founded by Antonio Monaco and incubated by 012 Factory, GAV Projects in 2022 reached a turnover of 278 thousand euros by doubling the number of members of its team.

It is developing custom mini-verses for Toilet Paper, Maurizio Cattelan’s art-centric metaverse, and is helping to bring innovation to corporations, handling the creation of a mini-verse in collaboration with EY.

Innovation for GAV is also in the service of education: in fact, a collaboration has been launched with the University of Naples Federico II to design the first advanced metaverse measurement lab. Students can practice remotely steering laboratory equipment with faculty supervision.

“I am incredibly excited that in just one day after starting our fundraising campaign, we were able to reach the minimum goal to develop our metaverse generator. – says Antonio Monaco, CEO and founder. “GAV Projects strongly believes that immersive solutions are a game changer. With Miniverz we are opening new doors to a totally immersive and revolutionary dimension of websites: we are convinced that the future is intrinsically linked to the integration of metaverses into our daily lives, offering extraordinary experiences and unprecedented opportunities.”
