Last April, thanks to a split of the Folkfunding Srl Benefit company which led to the establishment of the new Fintech company T4F Srl, Tech4finance was born, a leading System Integrator in the sector of alternative finance and Crowdinvesting platforms, with one of the most used and tested on the market.

In fact, the proprietary software platforms Crowdcore and Clubcore have merged into Tech4finance, together with the related services

CrowdCore is a technological infrastructure for the creation of customized Equity and Lending Crowdfunding platforms, a scalable “Software As A Service” solution, easy to manage, and in compliance with the new ECSP regulation.

Thanks to a unique track record, with 18 enabled platforms, 8 new platforms in development and the services provided to over a third of the Italian market for Equity and Lending Crowdfunding platforms, Tech4finance is positioned as a point of reference in the market for alternative finance.

ClubCore is also an “as a service” platform that allows companies and professionals to manage Club Deals in a way that fully complies with regulations, including privacy. Launched in the second half of 2023, the service already has 10 infrastructures for the world of club deals.

Tech4finance is already a market leader for the generation of lending and equity crowdfunding platforms

“To date we have managed almost 100,000 transactions” declared the CEO of Tech4Finance, Gianmario Colafati “and we are faced with new challenges that are not only technological, linked to the performance and security of our infrastructure, but also commercial and strategic, in fact our products have the ability to process data in real time to allow our clients to face the Crowdinvesting market with a vision of marketing actions, essential for a successful path.“

In a note, Tech4Finance confirmed the next appointment in July with the classic event at the Polytechnic of Milan for the presentation of the report of the Crowdinvesting Observatory of which the company is a partner with the CrowdCore product.

As always, it will be an official moment to formalize market numbers and trends and to meet the protagonists of Italian Crowdfunding up close.
