Umbrella eMobility and Enerfip Launch a Crowdfunding Campaign to Promote Sustainable Mobility in Spain
Umbrella Solar Investment and Enerfip launch a fundraising campaign to finance the expansion of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in Spain, offering a unique investment opportunity. With a target of 5 million euros, investors can participate through Crowdbonds offering a 9.5% annual interest for 24 months. Umbrella Solar Investment, a company listed on the stock market through BME Growth, and the online renewable crowdfunding platform Enerfip, started the fundraising period to finance the expansion and development in the Spanish market of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, opening a unique investment opportunity.
This financing initiative has as its main objective the installation and operation of fast charging networks throughout the country, as well as the strengthening of the electromobility vertical of the Umbrella Group. With the aim of becoming one of the main operators of electric charging stations in Spain, it is expected to raise funds with a goal of 5 million.
The investment will be carried out through the issuance of simple bonds (Crowdbonds) with an attractive annual interest of 9.5% for 24 months. The total estimated investment will exceed 20 million euros in the next two years.

Umbrella already boasts more than 100 electric charging stations
This is a solid and profitable investment that is made through the issuance of bonds directly by the company that owns the project, a subsidiary of Umbrella Solar Investment, through the Enerfip platform.
In its commitment to continue fighting the climate crisis and promoting the decarbonization of the economy, Umbrella already has more than 100 charging stations operational and under development, spread throughout the Spanish territory in provinces such as Madrid, Catalonia, Valencian Community, Basque Country, Murcia, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León and Andalusia.
The company has already implemented solid security measures to protect its investments, putting 100% of the eMobility shares as collateral and retaining 50% of the equity generated by the issue.
Through the collaboration of the Umbrella group and Enerfip, an attractive return is made available to minority investors that comes with the active contribution to reducing emissions and developing a more sustainable future.
