AI Venture Builder, an Italian-British company specializing in the development of AI applications and the creation of vertical startups based on artificial intelligence, is returning to CrowdFundMe (an Italian crowdinvesting platform listed on the Milan Stock Exchange) with a new equity crowdfunding campaign.

The operation follows the raising of approximately €800,000 completed in 2024 and is part of a growth path that has seen the group’s revenues increase by 330% during 2025.

AI Venture Builder aims to raise €600,000 with a pre-money valuation of €9 million

The capital increase is aimed at developing new products and supporting the growth, in Italy and Europe, of AI Factory, the group’s operational division active in the creation of artificial intelligence software for defense, cybersecurity, and the protection of critical infrastructure.

With its “AI Sovrana” model, AI Factory installs all technologies directly into the client’s infrastructure (on-premise, physically at their headquarters or servers) and makes them operational even in completely air-gapped environments. Data never leaves the organization’s perimeter.

AI Venture Builder collaborates with some of Italy’s leading defense and security companies, including Elettronica, Cy4Gate, and Larimart (Leonardo Group). The business model combines integration services, software subscription (SaaS), and technology licensing with royalties. To date, AI Factory has already developed two products for querying confidential document archives and automatically recognizing and classifying drones; additional solutions are currently being refined and will be brought to market by the end of 2026.

Founded in London and Milan by Matteo Testi and Marco Tognoni, AI Venture Builder closed 2025 with revenues of €1.3 million, up 330% compared to the previous year. Key indicators confirm a solid development trajectory: 10 clients active in the defense and cybersecurity sectors, a qualified commercial pipeline exceeding €2 million in 2026, six proprietary software products and two patents filed, and over €4 million in total capital raised through campaigns on CrowdFundMe, Crowdcube, and Republic Europe (the latter, for £2.5 million in 2025).

AI Venture Builder’s equity crowdfunding campaign on CrowdFundMe, managed by Over Ventures, is currently active and will conclude by the end of July 2026.The funds raised will be used primarily to develop new technological solutions (39%), strengthen the team with the addition of new specialists (36%), and enhance infrastructure, operations, and marketing (25%).
