Crowdium celebrates its 100,000 registered investors
The real estate crowdfunding platform Crowdium celebrates with all its users the arrival of 100,000 registered investors. A milestone that marks the important acceptance and interest of people in this new investment modality that is already a global trend and allows investing in properties around the world from very low amounts and without leaving home.
Due to the remarkable growth of registered investors on the platform, the company decided to celebrate with them. That is why all the people who invest during the month of June will have the chance to automatically participate in a draw for $100,000 for residents of Argentina, except for the provinces of Tierra del Fuego, Río Negro, Mendoza, Neuquén, and Salta. The chances of winning the prize will increase according to the amount of investment made. The minimum amount to enter is $10,000 pesos. In addition, for any person who invests from $50,000 pesos, the company will add $1,000 pesos to the amount invested.
Crowdium, positioned as the largest real estate crowdfunding platform in Latin America, with a community of more than 100,000 registered investors, has currently funded more than $15 million among 17 investment projects. One of the company’s main achievements was the distribution of returns of 30% in dollars to its investors in only 18 months. In addition, it distributed annual returns of 12% in dollars in a project in Vaca Muerta, in the department of Añelo in the province of Neuquén.
To be part and make investments online, it is necessary to register for free in Crowdium’s platform or by contacting its investment advisors who will provide the necessary information to create an account at no cost. Investments can be made either in pesos or dollars by bank transfer.
Crowdium is currently funding its eighteenth investment project: Hub Cabildo II, a premium residential real estate development in the Núñez neighborhood of the City of Buenos Aires. This opportunity proposes to acquire units at a fixed closed price with a significant discount, which would generate a return for its investors of between 25 and 35% in dollars in 36 months.
