Medical cannabis continues to awaken interest in Americans, who show a willingness to know its benefits and where they can acquire it, according to a recent study published by Nature and Bloom that revealed which United States states are most interested in cannabidiol, known as CBD.

CBD is the main component of cannabis, a natural compound without side effects, psychoactive or psychotropic, to which the World Health Organization (WHO) attributes therapeutic properties in epileptic seizures and related diseases.

The study determined that Alabama is the state most interested in using CBD, with 62 points, in an evaluation in which the lower the score, the higher the state’s rating in the total searches for this compound. The state is second in searches for “CBD” and “buy CBD near me.”
