BitBoy Crypto Ends Partnership with Youtuber Ben Armstrong
Ben Armstrong, also known as ‘BitBoy Crypto’, is a prominent crypto-YouTuber and influencer who specializes in covering cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. With a large following on various platforms, he has shared informative content, market analysis, and opinions on cryptocurrencies in the past. However, BitBoy is now ending partnership with the youtuber.
The revelation about Ben Armstrong’s disassociation has been officially verified on Platform X by BitBoy Crypto. According to the announcement, BJ Investment Holdings has taken vigorous legal action to eliminate Ben from the corporate structure as well as from the BitBoy Crypto brand identity in particular.
It states: “Yesterday, BJ Investment Holdings, the parent company of the Hit Network, took decisive legal action to remove Ben Armstrong from the company and specifically from the Bitboy Crypto brand.”
In a lengthy and detailed announcement on YouTube, the background was explained in detail. A representative of the company explained that the decision was made after numerous attempts to support Ben Armstrong during his fight against substance abuse.

The possible reasons behind the rupture between BitBoy and Ben Armstrong
The company’s announcement did not provide any specific details or references to concrete events that may have led to the termination of the business relationship with Armstrong. However, the crypto YouTuber and influencer found himself embroiled in a class action lawsuit after investors alleged he and other influencers promoted the now-bankrupt FTX exchange without disclosing the compensation they received.
According to court documents, several threats were also made by Armstrong to attorneys representing the plaintiffs. Further, he had publicly mocked the authority of a federal judge by failing to appear in court as ordered. Legal action was temporarily stayed on June 16th.
