i-RFK Next Raises $3.1 Million on Mamacrowd to Acquire Nuzo and Create Digital Marketing Hub
i-RFK Next, founded by Paolo Pescetto and Antonello Carlucci, raised €3.1M via Mamacrowd to focus on the “martech” sector. It acquired a majority stake in Nuzo Srl, a digital marketing group of six agencies, aiming to create a leading Italian player offering comprehensive services. Nuzo achieved €6.5M in turnover with 27% EBITDA in 2023.
After the success of the 2022 campaign with Innovative-RFK SpA, which raised over €5 million, Paolo Pescetto and Antonello Carlucci are back on the market promoting i-RFK Next.
i-RFK Next is an investment company promoted by Paolo Pescetto and Antonello Carlucci , also founders of Innovative-RFK, which invests in innovative SMEs.
The company raised 3.10 million euros thanks to the equity crowdfunding campaign on Mamacrowd, in which the Azimut Eltif – Venture Capital ALicrowd III fund also participated, in addition to 95 other investors.
The objectives of i-RFK Next
i-RFK Next is a new investment company focused on the “martech” sector with the aim of creating a leader in the field of digital marketing services aimed at SMEs.
The deal involves the acquisition of a majority stake in Nuzo Srl, an innovative company in the digital marketing sector, with the provision of new resources that will be used to acquire and aggregate other synergic and complementary agencies to the project.

Nuzo, a group of 6 agencies specialized in digital marketing
Nuzo was founded in 2021 from the transfer of the activities and brands of two companies, WiB and Up&Up, an operation aimed at improving and expanding the offer of Digital Marketing services.
At the moment Nuzo, in a short time, has managed to build a group of six agencies, capable of satisfying many of the digital needs and requirements of companies, from e-commerce management to branding, from performance to programming.
At a consolidated level in 2023, the Nuzo Group exceeded 6.5 million in turnover with over 27% EBITDA.
