The “Equity Crowdfunding Champions” Challenge Promoted by SMAU and Innexta Is Underway

Innexta in collaboration with SMAU, selects 5 companies that will be able to participate in SMAU Milano scheduled for October 29th-30th, 2024 at FieraMilanoCity and be present, with articles, banners and interviews, in the Economy and Milano Finanza newspapers.

The challenge, called Equity Crowdfunding Champions, aims to enhance and promote the growth of companies (start-ups and SMEs) that have used equity crowdfunding as a tool for collecting resources for their development.

How the application for the Innexta challenge works

The management of the application and selection process is done by Smau and companies that have participated in at least one non-real estate equity crowdfunding campaign can apply by June 24th, by filling out a form. The companies admitted to participate at the Innexta challenge will be selected on the basis of the information entered in the application form.

At the end of the call to action, a ranking will be drawn up, against which the 5 companies with the highest scores will be invited to participate free of charge by Innexta in Smau Milano. The call is reserved for companies that have created crowdfunding campaigns.

Following the selection procedure, all those who submitted their applications will receive a communication with the outcome of the selection.

The selected entrepreneurs must communicate their definitive membership to the Smau secretariat within 2 working days of receiving the e-mail. In case of withdrawal of one or more of the selected entrepreneurs, we can proceed to invite other candidates according to the ranking drawn up.

The prizes for the 5 finalists at the Innexta challenge

A series of advantages are expected for the 5 selected companies, especially in terms of visibility.

Presence in the Economy and MilanoFinanza newspapers with the publication of targeted articles dedicated to your company, business idea and collection experience, according to a specific editorial calendar and a personalized banner with the name of your company, as well as the interview with /ai founders.

Participation in SMAU Milan (FieraMilanoCity, 29-30 October 2024) with the availability of its own networking space at SMAU Milan, inclusion in the Startup Safaris, guided tours of the event for teams of large and medium-sized companies, involvement in speed pitching, the possibility of setting up one-to-one meetings in your space at the event.
