Temotiva Launches Crowdfunding Campaign to Advance Preventive Mental Health
Temotiva Innovación Lab has launched a crowdfunding campaign through Santander X Explorer, marking a new phase for the University of Valencia project. Combining psychology, technology, and AI, it develops preventive mental health tools. Funds will enhance the app, strengthen data protection, expand resources, and support pilot programs, promoting broader accessible, data-driven emotional prevention and well-being.
Temotiva Innovación Lab has launched a crowdfunding campaign within Santander X Explorer, an international entrepreneurship program promoted by Banco Santander that supports innovative projects in the validation, structuring, and responsible development of their business models.
This campaign marks a new stage in Temotiva’s journey, a project that originated at the University of Valencia. It brings together psychology, technology, research, and social impact with the aim of advancing toward earlier, more accessible, and data-driven prevention.
Innovating Emotional Prevention: Temotiva’s Next Growth Phase
Temotiva has gone through a continuous process of validation and development. This includes the creation of a functional MVP, the launch of an app on Google Play, the delivery of in-person workshops, and the production of educational content. The project has also published a book focused on emotional prevention, introduced initial paid subscriptions, and built a growing community. In addition, various organizations have shown interest in exploring institutional and corporate pilot programs.
The initiative has participated in several entrepreneurship, innovation, and acceleration programs, including Santander X Explorer, Equilab from the Valencian Government, Startup School at Tetuán Valley, and MentorDay. These experiences have supported the refinement of the business model, strengthened the value proposition, validated real user needs, and guided the project’s development based on responsibility, sustainability, and measurable impact.
A central area of innovation for Temotiva is the development of artificial intelligence tools designed to analyze the evolution of questionnaires and emotional indicators. The objective is to identify patterns, trends, and possible early warning signs related to emotional risk or burnout. This approach is preventive, complementary, and respectful of user privacy.
Artificial intelligence is not intended to replace professional evaluation or care. Instead, it serves as a support tool to help detect changes that might otherwise go unnoticed, enabling more informed preventive decisions for individuals, companies, universities, and institutions.
The funds raised through this campaign will be used by Temotiva to improve the application’s technology and user experience, continue the development of the AI-based preventive analysis system, strengthen security and data protection measures, and advance tool validation. They will also support the expansion of psychological and educational resources, the development of pilot projects with companies, universities, and public administrations, and the broader dissemination of Temotiva’s solutions.
Supporting this campaign means contributing to a model of mental health that focuses on prevention rather than waiting until critical situations arise. Every contribution, regardless of size, helps continue the development of responsible and useful technology centered on people’s well-being.
